Donations to 18.fund support the charitable programs of the Shabata Demalkata Foundation.
Because donations are used to support time-sensitive charitable activities, donations are generally considered final. However, refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances.
To request a refund, donors must contact the organization within 7 days of the donation by emailing info@18.fund. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a donation included physical goods or services that cannot be fulfilled, the organization will work with the donor to resolve the issue appropriately.
